You may need to enable 3rd Party Installations in your Android Security Settings. Don't worry! Usually you will be prompted to allow for THIS INSTALLATION ONLY and it will lock your install settings to original after it is complete.

On some versions the setting may read more like ALLOW INSTALLATIONS FROM UNKNOWN SOURCES. Despite the scary warnings, it simply means any application that didn't come directly from Google Play. ENJOY!
